Meet Jose Ismael Cedra Vega

Jose's is Point Loma Rotary's Sponsored Student at Cobach High School in San Felipe.  He is one of 124 senior high school students being sponsored by 29 Rotary Clubs and other individuals; the $600 that Point Loma Rotary donated to the San Felipe Rotary Club covers Jose fees for three years.  High school students in Mexico have to pay their own tuition and books and, through sponsors’ donations, the partnership with the San Felipe Rotary Club has provided uniforms, shoes, books, paid school fees, and purchased school supplies for these highly deserving students.  Jose is an excellent student who might not otherwise have this opportunity...your contributions are making a difference!
