Clark Anthony Burlingame, current President of the Point Loma Association (PLA), our local community action group, provided an overview of the PLA: its beginnings, some of the successes it's had over the years in terms of community oversight, and what lays ahead. Point Loma Rotary Club is partnering with PLA and its efforts towards environmental improvements (weeding, landscaping, graffitti removal) and are now Gold Level Business Partners.
