Amb. Alicia Kerber

Amb. Alicia Kerber is a career member of the Mexican Foreign Service since 1991. After completing her diplomatic training, she was appointed advisor for the Coordination for the Environment and Natural Resources at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Relations, and subsequently Official Liaison for the Dialogue with nongovernmental organizations and Director of the Organization of American States Affaires.  She was also member of the first team of the National Commission of Human Rights in Mexico and Coordinator of International Affairs of the Institute of Security and Social Services for Government Workers (ISSSTE).
